Add Accordion Item

This action will add a new Accordion Item to the currently selected Accordion block.
The blocks it adds will be duplicates of the an existing Tab Item.
If the parent Accordion block is selected it will duplicate the last tab item.
Otherwise it will duplicate the currently selected Accordion Item.
